dm500hd flash INVALID IMAGE (OR OLD VERSION)

Hey I have just made a backup with this line
cat /dev/mtd3 > /tmp/backup.nfi

Bud when I want to flash the image back to the Dreambox is saying the error.

INVALID IMAGE (OR OLD VERSION)

Image is made from one DM500HD to another DM500HD

Help!!!
