Help!!!!

Hi all, I'm really desperate. I've got a DM800HD SE (clone). For some reason it went into a bootloop but the guy I bought it from closed down and I can't find the image he used. I've been downloading and trying lots of different things but nothing is working.

I did manage to find an image but can't get it to scan Astra 28.2, it only scans hotbird. I read that I should update the satellite xml file but the box won't connect to Filezilla now.

Can anyone help or advise?

first point is make sure you flashing correct image for sim you have do you know it?
