bl #69 upgrade ? DM800 HD

Hi all,
Have tried to flash new images and bl but no joy. Can the default bl #69 in my DM800 HD be replaced/upgraded?
Loading images circa 2008-9 will flash ok. I use the methods posted but I must be missing something.
Any help appreciated.
 
Clone or real box? Have you tried flashing a latest image with the ssl84b bootloader allready in it? Ive uploaded a few here on site..The pli ones are very good..Also ive attached just bootloader ssl84b for clones if you want to try and just flash that first..I assume your sim is 2.01? Hope this helps..
