Sly sports 1 fequency chevk

Hi all trying to manually load some channels and found out that my sly 1 sports SD channels was no where to found. I've checked a couple of frequncef including 11798 h but that just gives me HD channels, tried lyngsat but that gives an old frequency. Any help appreciated

You could install ABM. Set it to run but not create any bouquets, you dont have to worry about frequencies or satellites.xml again. The channels will be in lamedb without affecting your bouquets.

12148 H 27500 5/6
12109 H 27500 5/6

Thanks for your reply Abu Baniaz, I've tried the above frequencies but I don't receive any channels, I'm assuming my dish is slightly out so will check it now to make sure all is aligned and not my lnb on its way out
