how do i deactivate child lock on dm500v8 box

Hello.
i have a dmvbox dm500v8 box, model number 500v8, the problem i'm having is, when i do a full scan, i get all the channels, but after a short while i get the message "child lock is activated, all downloaded channels are erased". that not the actual message but that what is happening, question, how do i deactivate the child lock?.

I can only suggest you scour the set up menus and find the setting..

been throught all the setting one by one... tried youth protection, still no good
