Bt sport missing

Hi al,
Dm500 bt sports now missing, tried a scan, nothing, Commando 15 image,
Any ideas?

all working fine here also dm500 with commando 15
try pressing blue button followed by number 2
run auto bouquets again basically

Took a backup of working box, sent to box, sent configs, Sorted.

Gone again, all channels ok, both BT sports saying channel error!
Any ideas guys?

still ok here, try like said in previous post, press blue, then option 2"autobouquets 28.2E now"
that will run the autobouqets app and fix any missing channels.

Tried the bix in my house, all works.
Put it in his house all channels work except Bt sport, The channels show up on list but say channel error, Think it could be a dish problem?

Result, twisted lnb on dish, Channels now working
