done a scan no sports channels at all

Got a DM500S running Pli Jade 3 - just done a full scan and none of the Sky Sports channels are being picked up.

They moved so youll need a network scan or a new satellite.xml to scan them in.

how do I do a network scan assuming this is different to a transponder scan or get the latest satellite.xml file

You should be able to select network scan on all scanning options



As for a new satellite.xml you could try here http://satellites-xml.eu

tried both a full scan and replacing the sat.xml file and still didn't work on my tm600 (enigma1) box. in the end for sky sports 1,4 and 5 i think i went in and changed the FEC on the same frequency from auto to 5/6 and scanned - all working now.
