problem dm500vbox

hi to all can anybody please help i am pulling my hair out have 500vbox keeps freezing on all channels have had dish realined, internet checked,new lmb, new cable but when take it to friends house works perfect would appreciate any help

what kind of signal are you getting on the box when its in your house!

what are your signal levels SNR, AGC and BER ? Which channels are freezing and breaking up ? FTA or premium, how are you recieving non FTA channels ? Via CS ?

You need to check with your provider find out what version of cccam he's running also try fowarding the port in your router to see if that helps, but ultimately in these situations it's usually just an overloaded provider.

Well theres an issue there straight away your "ber 6000" means you got Bit Error Rate of 6000 this will cause breakup and glitching, this is notmally due to local setup...dish, cabling, LNB, Alignment etc...I know you've already said your equipment has been checked and changed...
Your CS provider is not the cause of BER, do all the channels you have breakup/glitching on have high BER ??
