Another dm500 problem lol

Hey all

got a dm500s connected to a sly dish, can get fta but when I plug in the Ethernet cable I lose fta and get no cs connection?

2 boxes doing the exact same thing both flashes with pli ?

Any ideas peeps?

Try the boxes on other set up . Sounds more router issue. .

Can you access your boxes through your browser when you plug in the ethernet cable? Is your dynamic host account working? Have you checked the network setup and made sure you have a gateway and namesever configured?

now

getting premium channels from server but lose fta? then take out ethernet and get fta back but lose premium channels

been tried in different setups and still getting same problems? different routers different BB providers etc
