i have a photo i took, not very well, its of my daughters prom, but not come out very well

is there someone on here that could do some magic with??? would like it to be A4 and A3 size if poss.

is the picture of good quality mate as u will only be able to do so much to it if it is poor quality to start with . my brothers an expert at restoring ,and making pics look good , if hes not to busy i could ask him for ya no sweat
