    NewTuxbox Flash Tools

    Hi all

Been trying to do some image modding and thought i'd give newtuxbox flash tools a go. Downloaded with imback's english plugin. Opens the image no probs but when i save, an error msg cums up and the file shrinks.

tried using file - props update and it increases the sze to 1000% but img is still not the correct size.

i've even tried using the basic neutrino-jffs2 image no plugins, no mods and it still shrinks on saving.

The original img file is 7.87MB - 8257536bytes the best i get after saving is 6.25MB - 6553600bytes.

AFAIK You cant add anything substantial using newtuxflashtools and it throws a wobler when your trying to work on squashfs images sometimes.. you can use it to edit images but i would then flash it to the box and add the files via ftp.. then save and load back up in newtuxflashtools if you need to
