Nokia Power Fault

I have got nokia dbox2 and im facing the following problem,after each soft or key update when i
have to restart the dbox2 it stops at the boot (lcd) screen and it doesnt boot to the prog at all.
The bizzare is that if i'll wait for 1hour and plug the main supply again the dbox boots normal without
any problem....

before anything displays on it. if i unplug the mains lead a few times it will boot as normal...

Using Pacino 2 but fault happens on any image.

Saw This info from mgb
"Thats a known problem.Some capacitors for the
processor are not fully functional and the processor
get the reset signal only if the whole thing is cooled off.
Enable the standby mode and don't do a reset.

TN1 and TN4 near the dbox buttons.
Those are smd transistors not capacitors, sorry."

have replaced TN1 and TN4 still have same fault

Any Ideas.......

Go and buy a tin of Freezer (MAplin, RS) get your box nice and warm then squirt components in turn, trying to restart after each. It's a bit laborious, but it's better than waiting an hour.

FAtso.

if box has been on for 15 mins it wont restart from standby...
if i take power lead out then put back in most times it starts ok
