Remote stopped working on Nokia box

My remote refuses to work all of a sudden?? BAtteries are OK and the red light illuminates when pressing the buttons but the box doesn't respond. Anyone got any ideas?

Also, Ive just flashed the box with sporster 1.76 and can't obtain the new IP address (ie I would normally get this thru the menu system but as I can use the remote I can't get to the menu )
Is there any other way of finding out the IP address of the new image?

You may have locked the RC, try the red button and then Dbox, or turn it off for 30 seconds and then back on
