FTP issue, not connecting

I have never had this problem before and i have probably connected this way thousands of times but for some reason i can't connect to my cloud ibox plus 2 using filezilla. i have been trying out new images today and none will connect so i've gone back to my original image and it still won't connect, any ideas what could be wrong? i am using openvix and yes i am connected to my network on my box.

Have you tried dreambox control center?
Or ftp on your phone?

If DCC does not work but mobile FTP works there may be issues with computer.

sorted the problem, i am using a lb-link and for some reason it had forgot my wi-fi password but it was still showing connected so it had me baffled haha
