going nuts

HI all jusy on to site,, i am a complete novice with this thing so please have some compassion,,,i have a cloud ibox 2 plus,,which went down a few days ago all that was on the box was boot, so after reading around i found out i had to load new image ,, got that done so got back to half working,, only free channels,, none ive paid for ,,word be great if some one give me a walk through for a complete novice,, any help would be appreciated thanks in advance

just seedn a guide to loading up for a novice will try that and see cheers

If you were getting paid channels before contact the seller for your cs details.

Going nuts, been there. But stick with this forum, read posts and trust me you will learn and be educated from the numerous knowledgeable experts on here.

cheers for help,,just downloaded a image under ferret,, openvix sky,, put it on usb , how long does it take to load,,the box on load on box screen for ten minutes but not finish yet,, how long normally does this take,,thanks for any help

mins tops something wrong if its not loaded. Maybe the usb is not been read.

cheers ferret for help,,managed to get new image on and its great,,was trying to downlooad the ts media file biut it wont let me foer now,,do i have to down load it with filezila,,am trying to follow your instructions,,but i am a complete novice so it takes me to read it ten times before i copon to it, cheers for help on this,,

transfer the ts media file via ftp to the tmp directory.

Then install via the software manager found under the Vix option or via telnet.

site wont let me download ts media for now,, can you help with this,,thanks

Youll need to wait 24 hrs for your download privileges to update same for everybody.

did you get your box up and running ??

dont forget that when you reflash you have to put your sub details in again normally.

Did you get your box working?

I've been stuck on the boot loop.
But after a reflash I started to get loads of other issues.
Mainly, the box going slow and files going missing and not being able to FTP to it.
Nightmare!

Think I'll invest in a better Box. Duo 2 or something.
