You need to reinstall the image.

Surge protector will stop the box blowing but having the power cut even with a surge proctor could corrupt the image
No OpenATV.
Remove the cfe.bin from the cloudix folder and then try flash they should work then.
If its not present then use the universal bootloader then the image. As i suspect you have a clone.
Hard to detect i had a clone and the motherboard even down to the QC sticker was identical but it was a clone.
The universal bootloader is safe for clones and original boxes and id recommend using it.

Thats just spec means nothing in terms of determining if you have a clone or not.
I do tend to use openATV a lot yeah.
where i find universal bootloader for cloud ibox II + se? OpenATV from site cloud-ibox.net not work, openVIX work but not ftp, openpli 4.0 work but, i like openATV interface an organization of meniu. with universal bootloader which firmware will work from page cloud-ibox?
I broke bootloader, and now I try to recover with jtag, i hope not broken for ever the box

I try a lot image for it, because the image on tv/ play movie was scramble blocks, or frame ice after a wile . Is possible to graphic processor defects? or is from software error?

Any of the ibox 3 images ive uploaded that state they use the jfe 05 bootloader will work on the 2+ you will have to flash the bootloader first before the image as directed in the readme
