DW BackUP Vix Hades 0.11 Cloud Ibox 3 & 2+ Universal Clone Bootloader Edition

Please Read Carefully

The Universal Bootloader attached is suitable for V1 & V2 Original Receivers and Clones of the IBOX 3 & 2+. The Universal Bootloader must be flashed before flashing the image. Once the bootloader is flashed Your Clone will then use the latest CloudIX images.Unzip The Universal Bootloader and place both xspeedlx & cloudix folders on your usb stick and flash like an image.Then Flash The Image BackUP

Have downloaded this image rar but there is only cloudix folder & a rar image called J-CFE_0.5?

Thats exactly what they should be

The cloudix folder is the image folder to transfer to usb to flash with. That is if your ibox has been updated to use cloudix images and not the older xspeed images. If your still using xspeed images then the j cfe 0.5 bootloader need to be flashed first.If you suspect you have a clone then you need to flash the bootloader anyway.

Downloaded an old image with xspeed folder in it & when try & flash, go straight to boot, so looks like on newer bootloader but the box just hangs on the opening screen with the lcd saying boot!!

Not a given just because if didnt flash. Inside the xspeed folder the could be a file named noforce.

Change that to force and try again.

Just tried what you said, made sure file was renamed force but went straight to boot. Have tried flashing different images with different usb sticks, on lcd says flashing & after a few minutes says done but when reboot box, same openatv boot screen & just stays on boot on lcd.

Boot screens can be left behind from the previous image mate as it resides in a different part of the flash. Check the actual image info to determine if it did flash, you can get rid of the boot screen later

How do you get the info for the image if it just hangs on boot screen?

Ahhh didnt pick up on that point.

Can you now flash the 05 bootloader included with one of my images just as you would flash a image this must be in xspped folder layout then flash the cloudix image.

Put the xspeedlx folder on to usb stick from this image but does not flash that folder, just goes straight to boot.

Try the attached and also if you still have issues another usb stick and also try the rear usb ports as well as the side one.

Ive never had an issue flashing the attached boot loader its very quick though.

If you still have no joy rename the folder to cloudix and try that.

Flashed across the bootloader, had to change the folder to cloudix, then formatted usb stick put the vix image on it, flashed it but still stuck on boot on lcd screen & openatv on splash screen, tried different usb sticks & different usb ports.

Power off then back on at the plug it should boot.

Tried the image out, after flashing the boot up screen had changed to open vix but still will not boot up, still hangs.

As yours is a clone youll need to flash the Universal bootloader first
