cloud ibox Plus setup

Hi Firstly I hope I am putting this on the right section as Im new to posting on forums. Anyway here goes. I am having a complete nightmare getting this box up and running, unlike openbox which I can setup with no problems. My question is, are there any idiots guides for setting up ibox from start to finish.

Hi mate it's the same set up as any other enigma2 box.
You need an image flashed if it has no access to the feeds/plugins menu to download and install plugins you will need to FTP plugins manually..you need to have on your computer something like dreambox control centre to enable FTP of files from computer to box.
Be careful you flash the correct image for this box there are images available here in downloads

Here is a guild..ignore the box type etc use main set up points as the set up is mainly the same

Thank you for your reply. I have been using FileZilla to from to the box but nothing seems to work, probably because it does need flashing I can't even change channels to watch anything as the time on the box is an hour in front of bat which makes the peg bring up a timer option. Very frustrating. I'll download from your link when I get privileges

Don't use images in the other link that as just for your reference..it's not your box

Ive tried everyway to flash the darned thing like using both usb sockets and 3 different usb sticks, with all folder names Ive found on the forums. No luck at all, the darned thing wont be flashed with either bootloader or image.
Im reasonably good at setting things up as a rule but this has got me. Maybe its faulty or a clone or something like that.

So is there a box thats as easy or at least nearly as easy to set uo for ALL channels.

The box you have is perfectly fine for what you want you just got to learn how to use it and how to set it up etc..
The set up is the same as any other enigma 2 box and will do exactly the same...

Go to cloud-ibox update site select your box from list then download the flashing instructions and bootloader and image..
If you have only recently purchased box from new it should not need a bootloader update only a flash of the image you want on there...
You also need a working knowledge of FTP

go onto youtube and put in (setup cloud ibox 2) and there are 13 videos step by step guide to setup box realy easy to follow,make sure you use right firmware (openvix is great) get firmware from Updates Cloud-Ibox Series - Index of: home/ if its 100% genuine box if its a clone be care full you dont brick,you must use bootloader 1st hope this helps

The you tube at video 12 loses me. It says

"WHEN I SEND YOU THE IPTV SERVICE YOU WILL NEED TO FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS"
1) RENAME THE FILE TO userbouquet.favourites.tv AND SAVE
2) COPY THE FILE TO ECT/ENIGMA2/ VIA FTP AND OVERWRITE
3) REBOOT YOUR BOX

So how do I get the IPTV service?
