That's the first image that actually works!
I didn't even need a new bootloader! - blue light and blackscreen really is just a wrong image.
I'll try the images in the opening link and for the openbox 6000, maybe I find a VTI or blackhole image that works.

But I've found a VTI 6.0.2 that does work right here:

Unfortunately with the OpenVIX above I cannot get the satellite to work and the VTI won't recognize my asus nano usb wlan-stick.(I had the same problem with OpenPLI, which is why I started this whole endavour)
If you have a solution to one of the above, I'd be delighted.

I dont have that wlan mate. Not even sure of what chipset it run to know if a driver is even available.

Hi, I have an Icloud 4 box I got all the channels scanned, Installed cccam and all was well until after running thru the menus i came to the skins, there was 4 in the menu and i don't think i downloaded them, anyway i liked the look of one better than was on so went to change it, it asked me to press a button, then a message came up saying rebooting GUI or something like that, after half an hour it was still stuck on the screen so I powered it off and on thinking it would reboot but all i get is a red light, Is there any image I can flash or anything I can do only had it a few hours. would be grateful for any help thanks.Michael
 
is there a boat loader for the cloud ibox 4 ? cannot seem to find one anywhere . i have a few that are on the red light ,

Its a Duo clone mate, never seen a bootloader released for it but it seems to run Ferrari V2 images so i suspect but haven't tried it that the Ferrari Duo bootloader will work.
 
im looking for a base / factory image with nothing done to it , see if i can bring it back to life
i usually just put a clone safe duo image on my cloud 4 's but a few are not working

Tried the procedure in post but no luck. (had already fixed it this way once but light on usb was flashing, this time usb light constant on)

Any help?
 
Red light just happened me

I had a cloudbox 4 red light on,got a guy in newcastle to fix for £30.
Very knowledgeable about all these things...proper gentleman
was given a link for him of another forum...he was on ebay uk ,but I know deal with private
hope this helps breath life into your box....
If you go on youtube there is a Scottish guy talking about his backup images for these.
I put this on before I flogged it. Punter very happy....fingers and legs crossed!

Hi Lads, I got a slight issue with a Cloud Ibox 2 plus.
The brother -in-law asked me to install the Sly skin on his Ibox.
So, i install it from the feeds in the plugins, all good so I thought until the following day.
He rang me and said the box was stuck on the boot screen, no problem i said, just needs to be re-flashed.
I did eventually get an image that re-flashed the box, happy dayz again so I thought.
The configuration screen popped up on the TV, so I proceeded to change the set up, on the 1st screen was the input type, i.e. hdmi, scart, av.
I pressed the RC to change to hdmi but it did not respond.
I changed the batteries but still no response, I'm kinda snookered at the moment to find a fix.
Has anybody experienced this, and found a way to fix it.
I'd appreciate the assistance folks....
