Recording 4 CCTV cameras

Can anyone recommend any software that is free or cheap that I can use to record 4, maybe more cctv cameras.

I already have a server running SageTV and HomeSeer, I would probably want to set it up on another seperate possibly lower spec PC.

I want to capture video preferably by detecting movement in the video and it also needs to be accessible via the net.
