Peugeot 206 radio code

can anyone help me unlock my radio, i just fitted a parrot kit and didnt realise the code is missing from my service pack

no i have not used them mate just something i came across I know its only £2.50 which is cheap. However I have noticed there is no phone number or address details just an email account. So its a chance you do or do not take. goodluck with it

Calc I used gave code of 5327, but radio only has buttons 1-6 lol ! can not put a 7 in, so think its wrong code LOL

To key in 5327 you press in this order
the number 1 - 5 times
the number 2 - 3 times
the number 3 - 2 times
the number 4 - 7 times
to enter the code should be press the ^ key ( or possibaly the number 6)

Hi Joe,

Just so everyone knows, the above does not work on the radio in this year. There are only digits avail 1-6 .. so code must contain 1,2,3,4,5 and 6 only.

The above is for later radios I think.


I found the code, emailed a guy that gives them for free

You only need digits 1 - 4 to enter the code mate, in your code 5327 the fourth number is 7 so you press the number 4 - 7 times,

to key in your code you press the number 1 - 5 times to get the number 5, you then press the number 2 - 3 times to get the number 3, then you press the number 3 - 2 times to get the number 2, and then press the number 4 - 7 times to get the number 7, finaly press the ^ key to enter the code.

Joe, seriously mate... I have already done it. That is not the sequence to enter the code on this radio lol

That works on fords and later pug radios... this is a X reg (2001) with tape deck.... If you press 1 x 5, you run out of digits on the 4th press... as you have just put in 1111 - code error lol. You press the correct digit that corrosponds to the number on the code... e.g. 1234... you would press them in that order. not 1 x 1. 2 x 2 etc as it just enters the digit how every many times you press it

Trust me mate, on this model your way does not work... pug tech tried telling us that we were doing it wrong until I got someone that knew the radio at the dealership... then knew was wrong code.

Ah I understand now, this way worked on a Y reg a few weeks ago so must be around the time they changed the entry sequence. Anyway I'm sure I've come across this before but I can't remember how I did it, I'll search through my stuff and see if I can sus it for you mate.

By the way, do know the model number of the radio and what is displayed on the screen when you turn it on?

I was pretty tired last night so didn't realise what was wrong until about 10 minutes after I turned my laptop (probably why I didn't understand what you were saying at first).
It looks like someone has worked out the code using the wrong software (meant for the newer radios) I've got some older software so I'll try to get you the proper code later on today when I dig it out.
