Just wanted to ask what do you mean disconnect from the battery, take out all the wires and then reconnect it all up. Its annoying when i press eject a weird like scratching noise is made, and i can't even listen to the cd that is inside.

I think he means disconnect the main power to the stereo, not just the ignition feed but the main one (sometimes called memory).
Failing that this is difficult just disconnect one of your main battery terminals for a min or two, providing this wont cock anything else up.
As most head units will spool their motors on receiving initial power, so this may eject it.

you sure you disconnected one of the main battery terminals and left it off for a while?
