think i have everything by the letter by Mgcamd but still cant get it to work using a zgemme h2 combi box with vix have Mgcamd 38 and 35 installed puy mg-cfg file in var keys with Cccam.list still wont work ant ideas where i am going wrong must be my Cccam line tried it with CWS= and as a cline and a nline still no joys help

if your using Mgcamd purely as the sole emulator then you need to install your C: line into the ccamd.list file and any N: line into newcamd.list file while altering setting G: {33} in the mg_cfg file

yeah done all that put cline in ccamd.list changed g [33] put the two files in var/keys and nothing happened cheers for reply

what does the line look like in cccamd.list, as it should start with C: and not CWS =

yeah C the change i made is to the mg-cfg the value G from 00 to 33 cheers again

oh yeah typing mistake ihave it right do i input keys with line or just the normal line

I just put my n line in the newcam list replacing n with cws =

Mgcamd is active not finding files they go in var/keys am i correct on openvix zgemme h2 combi

Yes, if using mgcamd/newcamd then both files, mg_cfg and newcamd.list go in /var/keys.

I use openvix and mgcamd without a problem viewing sat channels.

using Cline in CCcam i think thats my porblem it wont clear channels if i change it to Newcamd or can i cheers again evryone

Slightly confusing in some places where this thread is heading and i have not used Vix for a very long time but if your using CCcam then the CCcam.cfg which includes your so called data goes into /etc folder as this is where CCcam is set to read the Ccam.cfg file.

if your using a C: line through the MGcamd emulator then as stated numerous times your line can either go into:

ccamd.list entered as C: ripme.off.payserver 12000 mug forpaying ( you would also enter it exactly the same if you used the line in the newcamd.list file.

If your using an N: line then the change would be from N: ripme.off.payserver 12000 mug forpaying 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14 to CWS = ripme.off.payserver 12000 mug forpaying 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14

may also be wise to make sure that you have the relevant cams you need actually installed in the image as they are not by default unless running a backup image
