Hi guys is there a step by step guide on how to set this up I've been at it hours and Keengetting black screen . There's so many timers with fbc I'm lost as to how to set this up etc any help would be greatly appreciated

Tuner > Results in service reception. Does not mean you can decrypt them. Wrong configuration leads to tune failed errors etc.

Softcam/config setup > results in decryption.

Are you sure your issue tuner configuration?

I know that lol I can't get BBC or itv etc I need help on setting the tuner up correctly I've never used fbc tuner beifee

Not everyone will have that receiver. If you post screenshots, maybe we can work it out.

It is there a general guide on setting up an enigma2 box for cable ?

It works the same.

I have not seen an FBC DVB-C tuner config. On teh sat side, if using a normal LNB, the FBC child/fake.secondary/link/whatevernameyouwant tuners have an automatic mode. You just set the real/physical tuners to what you have connected to it.

I normally leave mine to

Type; DVB-C
Configuration = enabled
NetID = 00000 ( believe me it does not matter what you use in tuner config for UK)
User service scan type = provider
Provider Virgin media (there are 4, pick your one or brute force if not sure)

Done that bud and it scanned all the channels in But they are greyed out and won't come on BBC etc

We are working blind. You can either:

1. Post pictures o feach and every tuner configuration and we can muddle along and get it working.
2. You can wait for someone who has the same setup to give you a definitve answer.

ive attached a few pics - I live in belfast which is 00021 some sites give a frequency which is 755.000 6.887 but I don't know where to add the later two into ? im lost been at this from 10.00 this morning

I had asked you to post pictures of each and every tuner configuration? If you don't want to reveal this, please say so, I won't ask again.

You can take a screenshot by pasting this in your web browser on PC. Chaneg the IP address to match your receiver's IP address.

How many tuners do you have listed in the following screen?
1. Menu > Information > Devices

2. Post the screenshots of each and every tuner configuration.

Here are mine, but I don't have an FBC DVB-C tuner.

Don't forget, there are not many free services on DVB-C.
