Unlisted channels on 40.5°W

I've finally got the Precision back up on the new mount and have been rechecking all sats. I'm not sure how long these have been on but this transponder is unlisted on both Flysat and Lyngsat.

Yes! Not sure about this, atm it's a BBC Worldwide produced English Language learning programme with a Taiwanese presenter.
