CD & DVD cant burn dvds

hey, im using nero and just tried 2 burn a film to disk

for some reason its not burning to disk.
it said burn process could not be completed.

anyone have an idea what the problem can be?
it used to work before but now its not, i tried it on two differnet films

it might be nero f*ckin up m8,i use nero loads and it does seem to f*ck up now and then ,so if you can just do a re-install on it
are you tryin to just copy a sraight film??? or have you got to convert it first???
what version of nero are you usein m8

im using nero 7.
not sure if i have to convert, never have done before.
its just a few films ive downloaded from the net.
it used to work fine when i downloaded them and burned them to disk.
now its not working.
ive re installed and the same thing happens.

any ideas?

If your not converting the chances are your just burning a VCD. Nero will take forever to covert and burn so I suggest you get you hands on VSO Convert X to DVD or use WinAVI to covert to DVD format and burn.

I have attached a guide to help you covert and burn using WinAVI and Nero.

Nero is a great tool ...but for making a backup of a dvd its got to ne dvd shrink and its free ....give it a try you wont be dissapointed....

Hi are they dvd video files your trying to burn or an Image file if it video files ie ifo and bup files I would say its nero giving you the problem burn it as a data disc and see what happens it should still play in your dvd player but if its a protected dvd try dvd shrink or clone dvd but remember if your using clone u must also use any dvd to.

could be a chance its the discs your using,ive experienced that a lot

If you've got video files, use 'CopyToDVD' this is part of 1click DVD copy software, this is quite a simple software to use, just select the files and click burn.
Alternatively, use Alchol120%, this is good for burning image files.
