CD & DVD dvd/burn

hi i downloaded a film off bitcomet and it came down in a folder opened it and unrared it found avi film opened dvd santa encoded it fine started to burn it and half way through burn message appears asking for some sort of key never seen this before so could any one help me solve this as its the santa one and the kids know ive got it and they r doing my nut in any help appreciated cheers gordy

Id try another encoding/burning programme m8 see if that helps,Id personally advise "Vso ConvertXtoDvd" very simple programme to use just drag the file into it and it converts and burns simple
or convert with winavi and burn with nero ,Id deffo try another programme though,hope it works for u
