"
Q:Hello I can pay You 110 pounds including postage to UK, instant paypal payment. If you accept my offer send me, your paypal adress and i will send money or send me paypal invoice for 110 pounds to my paypal mikooolaj@ yahoo.co.uk , or make it buy it now and I will pay. Regards "

Sounds like a scam, I had similar thing on gumtree where buyer asked me to send invoice to his paypal address then followed it up with loads of fake emails from paypal.

I would just igonre it personally.

That email appears on Google on lots of non-English sites.

Regardless as to whether it's been posted on the forum or not as to not being a scam, is the paypal address that the intended buyer verified/confirmed?

Phones with an IMEI block can be used outside the UK anyway, it's where a lot of stolen phones end up because there is no international barring (although they are working towards it)

Additionally, if you do go ahead with it in order to be covered by Paypal against fraud or other things like chargebacks make sure you send the item recorded so that a signature can be obtained (as proof), because Paypal will simply freeze their account for fraudulent activity.

I would also question as to why and how Mr. Mik2000 came searching for this specifically and found it necessary to register and post, if indeed there was absolutely nothing wrong.

If it was me, personally I wouldn't unless I was 100% sure, and e-bays policy no matter how crap they are is one of not accepting offers outside of the auction. If he wants it he should bid for it and wait for it to end.
