Hi guys,

Im after some original toners, non of the compatibles or re manufactured ones. Looking for Dell C1765nfw ones. Think the 1250c ones fit in them as well.

Anyone know best place to get them?

Ones with 2000 page yield.

cheapest i've found is near £200 for a set.

Cheapest originals mate. Found some on eBay but they are only 55% full.
I don't mind paying 140 for a full set of 2000 page yield.

I have a Dell 1765 and a Dell 1350 and they both use the same toner as the Dell 1250. These printers are made by xerox.

I will not pay the price for original toners and they are just one big rip off. Unlike inkjet printers there is no visible quality difference between original and compatible toners.

I get my toners from Amazon at around £20 per set (3 colours and black), they have a page yeild of 1400 for cyan, magenta, yellow and 2000 for black. they are NOT refilled or remanufactured, they are new and chipped.

If you look at the original branded Dell toners the page yeild is NOT 2000 for the colours it's 1400 for the high capacity colours and 2000 for the high capacity black, same as the compatibles.

I've been running the 1350 now for 2.5 years and the 1765 for over a year and am printing every day with over 5000 pages done on the 1765 and over 8000 on the 1350, all on compatible toners and all with no problems at all.

Craig cheers mate would appreciate that.

Captin, I agree these are brilliant printers I had the 1250 for two years running on compatibles but eventually it stopped working due to leaks and a bad batch.
The 1765 is a new printer and as soon as I put a set of compatibles in it started misbehaving. I think they have different quality ones. Which seller do you buy yours from?

Why did I buy an expensive printer lol !

Are remains better Than compats ?

Remans are just the original cartridges which stockist sends back to them for recycling and they are filled and fully tested before getting sent back out.

I originally got the 1765 from Amazon from a well known company called Bentham Ltd, they also own IJT Direct and Morgan Computers. The printer came with the usual half empty Dell originals and 2 sets of IJT compatibles. They worked perfectly.

The last couple of times I've bought toners are from different sellers on Amazon (I don't do ebay if possible).

The only toners I buy are Brand New, not remans or refills.

This set was £26 when I bought it it's now £20.52 for all 4 toners

The only problem I've ever had was when I bought the 1350, the original Dell majenta toner had a problem with the waste seal and toner leaked out.

Got my last set for my C1660w from a place called printcentre on ebay. They are listed as being chinese but had free next day delivery. List as new, not re manufactured. Not had any problems with them.
