Bargain phone? Or too good to be true?

Saw this on Fleabay, it seems an extraordinarily good price- but the seller's profile suggests to me it might be a scam. But with Paypal protection, what have you to lose?

Seller is based in China so phone is probably fake as apposed to being a scam mate

going for 86 euros on minideal ,so the alarm bells are ringing :hubbahubba:

It's £69 inc delivery on Banggood which is a cheap Chinese reseller. So the ebay listing does sound too cheap.

I guess the seller has been rumbled. Tried to order one and got an eBay message saying 'The seller can't accept payments right now.'
Looks like Paypal is going to have to refund 39 customers lol!
