Tesco 3 for £20 beers scanning at £11

this seems to be scotland only.

all the packs that are reduced to £7, with the yellow stickers, will scan at 3 for £11. so get down to your local and fill your car boots. i got 24 packs in the garage, thinking about going for more.

this seems to be happening because of the alcohol law changes in scotland. so to get around it tesco reduced the packs to £7, which i effectively 3 for £20 almost. but it is still applying the discount like it does in their english stores, which is £10 off 3 £10 cases

they have been aware of this for most of the day, but have been unable to sort it. but it will probably be sorted tomorrow, so you need to get down there tonight. just in time for all the bbq weather we are supposed to be getting at the weekend

heard some people in work talking about it, great deal if you managed to get it for £11. you think they would have stopped selling cases due to making a loss on them

I got a phone call about it yesterday around teatime,was to feckin lazy to do anything about it,heard there was open warfare in the Tesco carparks up here...lol

the greenock store had to call the police in. it was on the news.

i found out about the deal around 11.30am yesterday, then went and grabbed a load to see if it was true. i then posted it on hotukdeals, and it spread to facebook then all hell broke loose all over scotland.
