Mate that is a bargain wasnt long ago they was £60, looks like I will be getting another one. 1.5tb in total. Should really learn to back stuff up, just pure lazy I think.

I think any ATI will do component out, the 2400, 2600, 3450 etc.

Be wary of Nvidia as they say HDTV in the description but this is mainly in the form of S-video and not component and their adaptors only seem to have composite.

Not sure of your needs mate but if it is just for a HTPC then this will be fine. Can handle 1080p, is fanless and has an adapter for component from S-Video.

Just make sure your PC does not need a low profile card.

Bought a couple of these hdds a few months ago for £60 each and they are very good! I think ebuyer are also doing the 1TB version for £99.99 iirc
