Hi there, just a quick question for you, did you buy this system brand new? or was it used?
If the system is brand new, you should have been provided with some type of programming/maintenance console via CD/DVD, if you haven't received this you probably have to contact a professional PBX management/maintenance company, if you want to do this; your best bet would be to speak to panasonic and they will give your details to a seller who will then pass you on to a TELCO company, otherwise, if you have the console/application you should be able to find it, good luck!
