LCD42911FHD3D no sound problem

I have a Bush LCD42911FHD3D TV with no sound. I found a link to a software update LCD42911FHD3D.ZIP but cannot download it, where else can I download the update please?

Is there a Bush website for firmware download? I think it's Argos own brand these days but can't find anything there.

Is your tv running through a cable box?. Try connecting a set of headphones to the jack plug( back of tv). If it works just get a cheap sound bar.

Make at least 5 decent posts and you will have permissions to download it. Not so sure it will correct your audio problem though.
Inside the menu you should be able to carry out a first time installation procedure, this has been known to restore audio on this particular set.
