Sorry, the error message was "Cannot open LAN port." with error code EA04301.
 
The latest version for both Global & USA version is 7.8.2.1. Atleast according to what i am using.
 
Does V7.8.2.1R1 US version Unified Maintenance Console work on Windows server 2016 over IP? It keeps saying "Unable to connect". Turning off the firewall doesn't help. I didn't try anything else.

It connects (over network) fine on VMWare Windows7 x32 and x64. I haven't try USB since Win2016 is also a VM.

My KX-TDA200 is still on V2.014 (I don't if upgrading the firmware is possible).

Which version is the latest, nad which version to use for NS500 systems?

I can't connect using USB because my Win2016 is a VM. I can only use LAN.

Hope this will work for my office. Does anyone know where should I find this software in the first place. When we buy the hardware it does not seem to have the software with the purchase..
 
There are two Versions of this software. Global version & the USA version. The Global version does not support KX-TDA50 whereas the USA version does. Also the KX-TDA/KX-NCP/KX-TDE series uses a different software from the KX-NS series PBX and other smaller units.
 
I tried to search for the Global version in Panasonic official website but no news..
 
I would suggest that you contact a local Panasonic dealer or hire specialist.

PBX Abbreviations, if you do not understand what the menu items mean when programming the unified software then have a look at the abbreviations post here, this will help you in understanding the language used.

As mentioned above this is a serious installation software and using it to program your Panasonic phone system is not for newbies, you should have a basic understanding of telephony systems and how they operate.

feel free to leave me some questions about programming if you need help, but I am not an expert some of the configurations is above my knowledge, but I will try and help if I can!

Thank you very much. I will try to learn how to manage the system.. The management have been unatended for years in my company and I need to add users, delete a lot of them....

Take heart to what Mick says about messing up your PBX. It is very easy to render it unusable or to have to reset it an reconfigure it from scratch - something you don't want to do.

I would like to try to ask for advice with the Panasonic TX-TEA 308 telephone exchange. I would need to connect it to a PC for setup, but I have only found the Maintenance Console program version 3.0 My PBX has an older firmware version and won't connect. Does anyone know where to get an older version of the program? Thank you very much in advance for your help.
 
How can I get the download please? I have found a unit that need maintenance on site and I cant get access anywhere. Was working on a network upgrade and the phones stopped working despite all cables being installed the same.

Easy now, I was just asking a question, I later went and read the terms and now I know how the site operates. I can pay or make meaningful posts, which seems fair.
 
I am back after learning. Is there someone here who is knowledgeable about this software and hardware that I may be able to ask a few questions? I am new to this PBX system and Voip systems such as this in general so any help even if its a relevant post would be great. I am subbed now so I will be active here with any information I can offer after this time sensitive job.
