region unlock for kenwood DVF-3050 dvd player

anyone know of an unlock code for this model???? all the sites ive tried, the listed codes/procedures dont work???? anyone know anymore???

Have you tried this... (Its really old - but it might work!)

Turn on DVD-Player without disc.
Hold Play button in on DVD-Player for +-10 seconds.
Power off.
Power On.

Player now supports multi-zone.

(Don't use the remote control - must be the buttons on the machine itself)
