looking for a excellent camera, at a really excellent price

i am looking for a really good camera, at a low price. got to have excellent zoom, and takes amazing pics, even in low light, got to be fully working, with no faults, and has ratings between 4 or 5 stars out of 5 on reviews on the internet of customers,

both really m8, or if not just stills

still mostly, but a good video as well would be a bonus

I was looking at bridge cameras, they are like an SLR but have a fixed lens and no viewfinder. Better lens than a compact and they take AA batteries.

Video from stills cameras is sometimes limited in that the camera won't readjust settings for light levels or focus after you start recording.

You can get some budget camcorders that take ~10MP stills for under £250. Not too sure how they calculate the pixels, it's often misleading and just a big number to show buyers.

i still havent a clue which model to go for, anyone on here any good at finding a decent camera for me ?

supposed to be good for the money

Can't go wrong with a panny tz20 or 30, you don't want AA batteries as they don't last long, get a lithium powered one.
