Ok I updated Itunes to latest version downlaoded latest touch software and done a full restore following this guide

all went well installed new repo's the synced with itunes . all music etc synced but cracked apps did not and wont go on 59 of them.
I installed appsync (fook knows if its the right version its not the one on synfil but its for firmware 6. I have installed a lot of minecraft stuff for the lad and I dont want to lose them or start again
