iPod ipod touch 4g games /apps question

i have an ipod touch 4g jailbroken
i installed v share but cannot download anything just times out
my question is i heave read about downloading the games /apps and the like and installing them though itunes but i have no idea how to go about this does anyone have a tut or walk though
bit dim as is and struggling with this a quite a bit

Hi mate , to do this through itunes you will need to install appsync this will allow you to sync download and cracked apps to your device im jailbroken on 6.1 and ive installed appsync 6 from this repo if you havent got it installed if your not on the latest fw download the appsync version of the fw you are on, just drag the apps into your library , make sure there ticked on your decice and they will install give me a shout im at work until 11 so will be off and on

ty got that is it better to use pre cracked apps and games or does it not matter

Yea mate the App Store does light version of apps,games but usually full of advertising so I stick with per cracked
