Been to Rat's, have rash to prove it ;)
I've been given a 5c to change the screen on everything was working apart from a smashed screen lol.. I've done iPhone 4s before and this seemed a doddle. After refitting replacement screen the phone failed to show a display :-( plugging it into a charge made it vibe so assumed it was a crap screen. I put old one back in how ever and that would no longer work either ?? And now while I wait for yet another screen to try it sounds like it's cycling when you put it on charge binging then going off and binging again so I now assume a battery issue too :-( how can do someone a favour turn into a nightmare !! Ideas x

Maybe you ripped the ribbon cable slightly when opening (happened to me doing an iPod 4 one time) its really easy done without even realising but can be fixed

Sure you have the plugs pushed in enough ? They feel like there in but not always seated correctly.

I have a brand new gen apple screen here that was sent to me in error (black screen) if you want to buy a decent one.

seen this rebooting before and was caused due to crap screen draining battery as if it was being touched all the time

There's no screen fitted lol

How did you get on with this mate? Im in a bit of a similar situation. Replaced a screen and the back, the phone powered on fine. After a while the battery died and now I cant charge the feckin thing :(

Ive replaced the charging port and used about 3 different cables all of which produce the same result - no worky... Ive done other iPhones before never with any problems
