iPhone Iphone 4s replacement

Hi

i have an issue with my iphone 4s and hardware issue so apple care are goin to send me a replacement

I am currently on 5.1.1 version with the jailbreak. Will The new phone they give me will be on is06.

Hence i wont be able to jailbreak??

Can I downgrade if i backup my image from this phone. I have loads of apps will i lose these??

I need a jailbroken iphone what should I do?

I have 75 days left on my hardware warranty is it worth leaving it till then till an update comes through

I use alot of apps and my tomtom app is very good for work as well lol

Maybe a jailbreak will be out soon ??

Dont think there is a jailbreak yet for IOS6 , not sure if Apple Care will send the repalcment with IOS 6 already. check with them and specifically ask that they dont put IOS 6 on the replacement theyre sending you.
Avoid IOS 6 otherwise you'll get crappy Apple Maps and become the laughing stock of the mapping world

Typical Apple, never listen to customer requests, has to be their way. Tell them you don't want ios 6 because maps are crap. They don't have to put up ios 6 on there just being awkward.
