Ok will try and keep it short i took my daughters iphone4 upgrade on t-mobile and as its on 4.1 and bb 01.59 unlocked it for my o2 chip it seems to have a problem with the signal and may have to be changed if i was to update to 4.2.1 it would lose all including unlock is this right way to go as its under guarantee but with jb wont be covered or is there some other way to do this i will be trying a new sim just incase its that

Could just be something simple like O2 signal is poor in your area. ??
