Charger cables question

Which/were's the best and cheapest place for decent quality replacement charger cables for the 5 & 6 ?. I'm sick to the back teeth of buying cheap sh*t cables for a quid for these lot that dont last longer than a week. eBay seems to be littered with sh*te these days all saying "100% Genuine" or "Top quality" when their clearly not. They all seem to break up inside nr the port end

just seen that Lidl are offering lightning cables for sale this Sunday @£4-99 each or 2 for £9.
Look to be good quality and what's more you could always take it back if no good.

Make sure you clean out your charger port regularly.
they get bunged up easily , stopping the charger fully inserting..

Switch off the phone and use a very thin pin to coax out any fluff.

It's amazing how much stuff gets clogged in there.

Slightly off topic. I used to think the cable was just a straight through. Didn't realise it had 4 chips in it.

Never thought of doing this tbh but now you mention it it's a good idea. Think there are some cases that cover the charging port as well so that's a good alt. I used to use a wireless charger with my iPhone (which is plugged into the charging port).

Aliexpress do some good ones thats where i buy most of my stuff now.
