Recently, my staffie's been to the vet to work out why one of his eyes is streaming constantly.
The vet says he's got hayfever (or another allergy) and gave him a steroid injection and put him on anti-histamines.
This morning, I bumped into another guy, who I know, walking his dog and was surprised when he told me that his dog has just been to the vet for the same thing.
Even more surprising was that he said that the vet had told him that there's a thousand dogs on his books with the same symptoms. How strange is that?
Why have all these dogs suddenly got these allergy symptoms and what is it that's they're all allergic to.
