What is the best Navigation foe Note 3 , and where to get it, Thanks

Here Maps is pretty good. Download the map you need on WiFi before you go anywhere, use in offline mode & doesn't eat your data allowance.

I personally use "Waze" on Android from the Google Play Store, it's free and upto date all times i've used it.

I use Navmii, it downloads the maps to your phone and can be used with no Internet signal which has saved me more times than I'd like to admit to.

It's free also!

"Here" Maps from nokia. You can download the map of the country you want and use it offline. Pretty good.

Use this aswell....brilliant and easy to use

You can use Google Maps offline. In the app you can make a selection on the map where you want to navigate offline. Your phone will then download the selection of your map to your phone.
Verry Simple

Cygic is about as good as free gets
