Second: Install "TomTom_UK_and_Ireland_v1.2_1252928" and your done

when you connect your phone to your pc copy it there where it opens first, the one may not have a physical card but it still has a memory card, this is what you see when you connect the phone to your computer.

I did that but could not install, even downloaded apk installer and still did not see the file
