Android h96 pro box

Hi lads received this box today and was eager to test it out , however when I powered it up it got stuck straight away on the android recovery screen, have no idea why it went into that screen but it's stuck on it now and will not select anything using the remote, I have also tried resetting it with a toothpick in reset button but it just reloads to recovery screen again, anyone know a solution please

Have you tried a USB mouse to navigate the menu?

I tried everything I could think of but every time I rebooted it went to this screen , so I sent it back for a replacement , thanks Wiz.
