Car / Home profiles

Lo peeps. Looking for some advice, hope someone can help me. I want to set up my Umi Iron (loving this phone, btw!) so that when I get into work, it will switch off Bluetooth automatically, and when I get into my car it will turn on Bluetooth and turn off Wifi (and go into car mode would be great as well). Any good (free preferably!) programs that will do this, or is there a way to get the phone to do it itself? It's running Lollipop 5.1

Cheers Digger: won't work for me though. Umi is a Chinese phone that doesnt use NFC, it uses HotKnot, and my ROM doesn't even support that! I keep meaning to flash the ROM but I'm too lazy (and don't want to brick the phone) so I was hoping for a software way of doing it.

Great idea with the NFC tags: if i get a new phone using NFC I'd defo go this way!
