block youtube on a tablet help

Is it rooted?
If so I found this >>

Now no more YouTube on that device"
 
Not exactly what you asked, but has same results. I only allow internet access at specific times through the router. This is on a VM Super Hub.
 
Trend micro's antivirus for android with parent controls.
 
I havent tried it, nut would the new YouTube for Kids be any use? Meant to be very good, blocks all age related stuff and I think it has ads taken out as well.
