Hi never had android phone before, some bean counter at work decided we all needed new phones most of us have had windows phones for 10 years or more, not saying they are better but we all know limitations and workarounds.
Anyway we are all on exchange server and sync our work email/calendar/tasks etc to phones, most people are having the same problem.
That is any appointment that is generated on our laptop once they sync with exchange and then the phone calendar App S Planner you cant edit it on the phone but an appointment generated on the phone is editable.
Have tried google and some folk have found on earlier versions of android that the appointment only becomes editable if the case is the same on the original email account on the exchange server and on the phone account. ie [email protected] is not the same as [email protected] everything else works apparently.
Sadly that doesn't fix the issue on the S6. anybody have any ideas ?
